Shipping policy


It takes 1-3 business days for your tracking number to activate! Since we use Deutsche Post/DHL in Germany rather than local Dutch Post, your package needs to be processed in the Netherlands AND in Germany before the tracking activates. It is normal until then for your tracking information to show up as non-existent.
We ship from the Netherlands!
  • Free shipping for orders above 60€ in the Netherlands
  • Free shipping for orders above 65€ in the EU & UK
  • Free shipping for orders above 100€ internationally (some exceptions apply)

Shipping rates are listed at checkout and depend current DHL/PostNL/Fedex rates.


Processing Times
  • We aim to process all your items within 3-5 business days. Please email us if you require faster shipping.
  • Custom orders and pre-orders have different processing times and will be clearly listed in the item's description

Delivery Times

  • For local Dutch orders we use PostNL. Deliver typically takes 1-2 days.
  • For other EU & international orders we  use Deutsche Post to provide more affordable shipping rates. This means that your package will need to be processed 3 separate times (twice in the Netherlands and once in Germany) before heading your way. The time it takes for your package to be delivered depends greatly on your location and other external factors (ex: weather/holidays/strikes/other disruptions)
  • Please note that your tracking will only activate once your package departs from the German facility which may take a few business days.

Tracking your order

Your tracking number with Deutsche Post and Fedex will take a few business days to activate for the reasons listed above. It is normal if your tracking shows up as non-existent at first. If your Deutsche Post tracking link does not work after a few days you can use the tracking feature on their website by copy pasting your tracking number into the search bar here.

Delayed, lost or damaged packages

  • We try our best to make shipping go as smoothly as possible but sometimes hiccups happen. Delays during holidays or delays happening due to external circumstances are completely out of our control. We do not offer refunds/cancellations based on delayed delivery.
  • If you believe that your order is lost please email us right away. We will open an investigation with the appropriate carrier on your behalf to try and track down your lost package. This can take up to 2 weeks. If your package has not been located after 2 weeks - we will email you with your options.
  • For damaged orders please email us with your order number and a photo of the damaged items so that we can process a refund or a replacement for you.

  • Please note that we do not cover incorrect/incomplete addresses. If the buyer provides an incorrect/incomplete address, we do not offer replacements or refunds for this. In case the package is returned to us, the buyer can pay for the return fee + the shipping fee again to have the parcel shipped back to the correct address.

Customs, taxes and extra fees

  • Buyers are responsible for any customs fees or extra fees when the package arrives.
  • All packages are shipped from the Netherlands which means that if you live outside of the EU, there is a chance that you will be charged customs fees when you receive your package. 
  • If the buyer chooses to not pay the extra fees, and the package is returned to us , we will only offer a refund for the order minus the shipping once the package arrives back to us safely.
